Orders and Shipping
We ship using Australia Post typically deliveries take 3-5 working days in Australia, depending on your location. International can take 2 weeks depending on the country. Given the significant delays that are happening within the global postal systems it is very hard to give an exact estimate for you.
Any orders made before 1pm EST is shipped same day.
You can create an account either during the checkout process with your first order or by visiting the My Account page
You can change your shipping address prior to your order being accepted via My Account
Once your order has been processed and shipped, a shipping tracking number will be added to your order. You can view these details via My Account > My Orders
We do not keep your credit card details. We pass on your credit card details to your chosen payment provider and they will use them to process your payment then dispose of your details, unless you opt to create an account (e.g. PayPal) and save the details with them.
For orders to Australian addresses you will be charged the statutory 10% GST
We ship world-wide.
We aim to ship all items in one package depending on size, contents etc. If orders are made separately over 24 hr periods this also may result in seperate packing.

Returns and Exchanges
Before you send a product back to us you need to contact us to ensure the product is eligible for return.
- Notify Ultimate Action Toys via phone or email.
- Include a note explaining the reason for the return the note must contain the following
- Description Of Fault ie reason for return
- Return address and phone number
- All returned items must be sent via prepaid shipping. Returns sent COD shipping will be refused.
- All returns will be assessed on a case by case basis to determine refund/exchange/warranty status

Yes, quickest and most effective way to do this is by phoning our store (03) 59761607. If out of opening hours you can email or contact us through live chat. Once the item has been shipped unfortunately there is very little we can do about it.
You can submit the form on an item that is out of stock and we’ll notify you by email when it is available again.
