This Is The Artesania HMS Endeavour 1769 22516
The H.M.S. Endeavour was launched in 1765 and was aquired three years later bt the British Admiralty and prepared for a three year voyage under the command of the famous Captain James Cook. His most important mission was the scientific observation of an eclipse of the sun by Venus in the southern hemisphere.
After numerous adventures and tradgedies in which part of the crew lost their lives, the H.M.S Endeavour returned to England on July 13th 1771.
