This is a pair of 1/8 scale buggy wheels with offroad square pin tread pattern and chrome rims. They are standard replacement for several Riverhobby vrx 1/8 electric and nitro buggies.
These wheels will fit many other 1/8 scale buggies etc using 17mm hex mounting.
