This is a 1/48 Plastic Series #66 De Havilland Mosquito BMk.IV/PR Mk.IV Kit from Tamiya. 61066
The British Air Ministry was reluctant to order the production of the DeHavilland Mosquito until it had witnessed what it was capable of. Once proven, the Mosquito was used to bomb Gestapo headquarters and Berlin in several successful attacks. Because the Mosquito could carry heavy loads, and deliver low altitude suprise attacks with accuracy, it performed all of its’ duties with minimal losses.
